Support for emotional growth, resilience, and regulation

Adolescence can be a demanding and emotionally complex time. Today’s teens face academic pressure, social challenges, questions of identity, and shifting family relationships. Therapy offers a supportive, structured space where teens can slow down, reflect, and develop skills to navigate these challenges with greater confidence.

I work with teens (aged 13 and up) who may be coping with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and difficulties with emotional regulation. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help teens better understand their thoughts and emotions, build practical coping skills, and develop healthier ways of responding to stress.

In therapy, teens learn to recognize unhelpful patterns, practice mindfulness and emotion regulation skills, and explore what matters to them. My goal is to support teens in building resilience and confidence so they can navigate school, friendships, and family life with greater ease.
