Support for meaningful change and emotional well-being
Life can bring challenges that leave you feeling stuck, uncertain, or disconnected from what matters most. Therapy offers a supportive space to gain perspective, understand what’s getting in the way, and begin moving forward with intention.
I work with adults and teens (ages 13 and up) navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, perfectionism, insomnia, chronic health issues, and life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, struggling with motivation, balancing competing roles, or managing intense emotions. Together, we focus on building insight and practical skills to support meaningful change.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapy and shaped by warmth, collaboration, and respect. I view you as the expert on your own life, and our work is guided by your goals and priorities. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness-based approaches, I help clients identify unhelpful patterns, develop emotional regulation skills, and increase clarity and flexibility in how they respond to life’s challenges.
Choosing a therapist is an important decision, and the therapeutic relationship matters. I offer a complimentary introductory call so you can learn more about my approach and decide whether it feels like a good fit.
