What to Expect in Therapy

  • Therapy is collaborative and paced to match your needs, readiness, and life circumstances. I’m flexible about session frequency and duration of treatment. We will adjust session frequency as your goals evolve.

In-Person Therapy

  • Offered in a private, comfortable office setting.
  • Well-suited for clients who value face-to-face connection or find it easier to engage in person.
  • Sessions provide a dedicated space away from daily demands to slow down and focus.
  • Available for adults, couples, and adolescents (aged 13+).

Telehealth

  • I only use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions.
  • Available across the state of Texas.
  • Offers flexibility for busy schedules, commuting constraints, or caregiving responsibilities.
  • Research shows Telehealth can be as effective as in-person sessions.
  • Allows you to engage in therapy from a familiar, comfortable environment.
  • Available for adults, couples, and adolescents (aged 13+).
