Sleep Therapy Is Expected to Gain a Wider Role in Depression Treatment

I recently heard a wonderful segment on KQED’s Forum about the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat insomnia and improve depression. Sleep is such a fundamental part of physical and mental health; it’s not surprising that reducing insomnia improved depressed mood, but it is exciting for depression and insomnia sufferers alike.
